Strategies of investments

Loan

One of our short-term investment options is a straight loan, which provides investors with the opportunity to fund a project for a period of 8 to 24 months and receive a percentage of return upon the refinance of the project. The loan is backed by the value of the project and the equity in other assets within our company.

Joint venture

For Kinetic Property's partnership strategy, we would collaborate with investors to form a new company aimed at purchasing and developing properties together. The investors would contribute their capital into the company, and we would invest and build a joint portfolio. The potential returns for investors could be higher in this strategy as the partnership would have access to more capital, but the risk would also be higher since the collateral would only consist of the projects. We would work closely with the investors to ensure transparency and communication throughout the partnership, and establish clear roles and responsibilities for all parties involved.
