Kinetic Property is an investment and development company based in Northampton, specializing in wealth creation and passive income through HMO (House of Multiple Occupation) developments. With each project, we have seen significant value uplift and rental income. As we continue to build upon our strong foundation and knowledge base in this area, we are expanding into alternative strategies such as serviced accommodation and larger-scale developments.
